211 Terms & Conditions Installation Our service includes: In addition to designing, manufacturing, and delivering your QMP product, we also offer installation services at your customers’ premises. For a reasonable fee, our expert installation team, supported by our professional project management staff, will ensure that your order is installed on-site at a convenient time and to high standards. Please note: If you need to cancel or change an installation date for any reason, we require 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, additional charges may apply. Moving the order from point of delivery to point of use. Unpacking the order from its protective transit packaging. Our experienced and fully trained installation team: Assembling all product supplied in flat-pack format. Positioning the product in the correct place. Securing product to wall or floor as applicable. By prior arrangement, carrying out any selected groundworks. Work safely within current Health & Safety regulations and willingly comply with site rules and regulations. Work quickly to minimise any disruption. Bring all necessary tools and equipment with them. Are courteous and friendly at all times. Carry ID if required. Ask for a signature to confirm complete satisfaction with work. ID
